Each apartment is for 1 to 3 persons. ( additionnal bed not possible )
All apartments are similar : with a bunked bed for three persons (full size bed down and single bed up)
The bedroom is opened by large windows on the both sides, so keeping the freshness ; decorated with attention , all floors are made with local precious wood.
There is a mosquito net and a ceilling fan ; closets.
The private bathroom provides hot shower ; made with a wooden bench and ceramics in an atmosphere of spa, relaxing you after your discovery journey !
Private and full equipped kitchen is on one of the two private terraces, there is all you need to make your own cook ! Fridge, micro waves, coffee maker, gaz fire, hot water, complete crockery ; wooden table and chairs. Hammock.

RATES AND POLICY SEASON 2009.
Rates are per apartment, per night, in USD.
What does the price include ? the price includes taxes and the cleaning after your departure or once a week if you stay more than 7 nights.

Aparthotel concept : you rent an apartment with linens, towels, everything is provided ; we clean the apartment after your departure, and during your stay, you can ask for a daily service cleaning ( ask us at reservation for this extra service ) ;
Make the reservation : To garantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit as follow :
1 to 3 nights deposit of the first night / more than 4 nights : 30% of the total ; the deposit cannot be refunded.
The deposit can be made with Paypal secured system (pay with credit card), by sending money with Western Union, or by a bank tranfer to our bank account in Banco Nacional de Costa Rica (only for costarican residents ).
For reservation during peak season, we ask for the total payment of your stay.
Payment of the balance : The balance of your bill is paid in cash (to offer prices affordable).
WE RESPECT AND HONOR ALL RESERVATION COMMITMENTS AND EXPECT THE SAME COMMITMENTS FROM OUR GUESTS :
You cannot change your dates, so we ask you to be sure before booking .
Like everywhere, the balance must be paid at your arrival at check in (please prepare your amount before, there is an ATM cashier in the entrance of puerto viejo)
we are not responsable of late arrival or early departure,
Children under 5 is free in the same apartment of his parents

By direct bus to Puerto Viejo, Terminal Caribe, 6am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Bus takes 4hours1/2.
by plane with "Naturair" or "Sansa", 25 minutes to arrive at Limon and from Limon take bus to Puerto Viejo.

We can arrange you transportation from San José , private shuttle (one morning departure per day, 39$/person )
or private taxi ( van pick up you where you want 175$ for 1 to 3 persons).

Arriving in Puerto Viejo, 150 meters before entrance of Puerto Viejo (bridge), turn on right, 200 meters.
From Puerto Viejo bus station, ask "Camino Entrada Kaya's Place" ( taxi takes about 2$ to come here ) !
